This information will be anonymised as much as possible.Google will only share the information with third parties when required by law or when third parties process the information for Google. On your desktop browser, if you wish to disable Google Analytics specifically on all sites you visit –regardless of whether or not the visited websites adhere to Do Not Track– note that Google offers an opt-out add-on for popular browsers that you can install. When installed, Google Analytics will not include your visits in the data they collect.

More information about Google Analytics and privacy can be found on Google’s website.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser feature which allows you to express your preference not to be tracked when browsing the web. When you have enabled DNT, websites that have implemented DNT can disable loading tracking scripts in their websites for your visit. Adhering to DNT is not mandatory for website owners, and most are not even aware they need to make some modifications to their website in order for DNT to work, so you should not count on this feature to be respected on the websites you visit. Guardstone does respect your Do Not Track request, so if you have DNT enabled, will not load tracking scripts on any of the pages you visit.

Here you can find instructions on enabling DNT in your desktop browser:
Safari | Chrome | Firefox | Opera | Internet Explorer | Edge
Safari on iOS: Settings > Safari > Enable 'Ask Websites Not to Track Me'.
Chrome on Android: Chrome app > Settings > Advanced > Privacy > Do Not Track

Social Media buttons

We use social media buttons to make it easier for you to share our content. Only for Pinterest do we load in a script from their servers, to display a button that allows visitors to add an image to their Pinterest board. This button is also used by Pinterest to track your surf history, enabling them to make board suggestions based on the websites you visit. Because of this, when you have Do Not Track enabled, we do not load in the Pinterest button. Note that like Twitter, Pinterest is one of the few larger (social media) companies that respects Do Not Track on their websites.

For Facebook and Twitter we do not load in any content from their servers. However, note that when you click on any of these sharing buttons, you are taken to a page on their websites. These social media services have their own privacy regulations. Most of these social media services use cookies which they will place on your computer when you use their buttons or other services. For more information about their privacy and cookie policy, please visit the website of the social media service you would like to use.

Disabling and removing cookies

If you wish to disable or remove the cookies from your computer, you can regulate this in your browser preferences. Use the help function of your browser for more information. Be aware that disabling cookies will affect the functionality of this and many other websites that you visit. Disabling cookies will usually result in also disabling certain functionality and features of the this site. It is therefore recommended that you do not disable cookies
